Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. As a bodyworker, I specialize in supporting three groups of people:

• People who want to lose weight naturally
• People who have chronic pain
• People whose immune systems have been weakened, as with cancer

So as a trained bodyworker, I help my clients learn how to let their bodies feel safe, so their bodies lead the healing.  Using my research and wisdom of the lymphatic system and herbs, I educate my clients about the proper way to detox, what self care really is, and how to eat to preventing dis-ease, and live longer, more vital lives.
Trust your instincts. If you are experiencing fatigue, congestion in your lungs or sinuses, and sincerely want it to stop, there are things I can show you and teach you about your body as a system (and the role of your lymphatic system in particular) so you can start letting go of things you no longer need– emotionally and physically — and feel better!
